Allahumma barik lana fihi wa zidna minhu.

Spiritual Benefits

Milk is uniquely both a food and a drink. The Prophet (PBUH) taught that for all food we ask Allah for 'something better', except milk, where we specifically ask for 'more of it' because of its comprehensive blessing.

When Should I Say This Dua?

Recite after finishing a glass of milk.

Proper Etiquette (Sunnah)

Drink while seated and in three breaths, as is the Sunnah for all drinks.
