Dua for Waking Up
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa-ilayhin-nushur.
"All praise is for Allah who gave us life after having taken it from us and unto Him is the resurrection."

This should be the very first thing you say upon opening your eyes, ideally before getting out of bed or speaking to anyone.
