Dua After Wudu (Ablution)

"I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger."
Sahih Muslim 234

Spiritual Benefits

This is one of the most spiritually rewarding supplications. The Prophet (PBUH) promised that whoever performs Wudu perfectly and then recites this dua, all eight gates of Paradise will be opened for them to enter through whichever they please.

When Should I Say This Dua?

Say this immediately after completing the physical acts of Wudu, while still in a state of purity.

Proper Etiquette (Sunnah)

Look towards the sky (or simply look upwards) while reciting this declaration of faith.
